Lessons of history show that the creation of new scientific terms is not for the sake of novelty, but a necessary step when existing geopolitical concepts can no longer resolve emerging paradoxes or advance the frontier of knowledge. We explicitly point out that the proposed quantum satellite project may face challenges or even failure, but the core value of this document lies in its theoretical and conceptual contributions — which are built on a computable and verifiable physical foundation.
The release of this document marks the beginning of a new era of solar system communication guided by physical facts. It is not only a scientific standard, but also a legislative declaration to end the chaos in national space activities and commercial hegemony.
